The program includes advisory and enablement services to foster best practices, drive innovation, and provide critical resources to ensure all TIBCO customers can derive the greatest business value possible from your TIBCO investment.
As part of our Customer Success Program we provide access to an architect who will provide advice on the ideal use of TIBCO technology in existing and future use cases. Including but not limited to, supporting your architecture team in technology roadmaps, supporting delivery leads on adoption strategy, solution design reviews and advising on the establishment of governance structures around your TIBCO technology.
Enablement sessions
As an expansion on product training, an architect will show you how to adopt the latest features, implementation patterns, deployment architectures and administration policies. These could include, training on integration services using TIBCO BusinessWorks™ Container Edition, or process automation with TIBCO® BPM Enterprise, or Data Management solutions with TIBCO EBX®
