    In this demonstration, we build a customer service AI agent using the Flogo MCP Connector. It illustrates how the three MCP primitives — Resources, Tools, and Prompts — work together to connect AI models (like Claude or ChatGPT) with enterprise data and systems in a controlled, compliant, and context-aware way.

    Demo Scenario: “AI in Action”
    Characters

    • Sophia — A customer service representative
    • Sarah — A frustrated customer with an urgent order issue
    • AI Assistant — Powered by Claude or ChatGPT via Flogo MCP
    • Enterprise Systems — CRM, Order Management, and Email

    Scene 1: The Challenge
    It’s Friday afternoon. Sarah calls about a delayed order that she needs for a weekend event.
    Traditionally, Sophia would have to:

    • Log in to multiple systems
    • Manually search for customer and order details
    • Request manager approval for expedited delivery
    • Compose and send a follow-up email manually

    A slow, error-prone process that risks both time and customer satisfaction.

    In seconds, the problem is solved — with empathy, accuracy, and compliance.

    Scene 2: The AI-Powered Solution
    With Flogo MCP, Sophia simply asks her AI Assistant to handle it:

    1. Retrieve Customer Data (Resource)
      The AI securely queries Sarah’s profile and order history through Flogo’s MCP Resource.
    2. Expedite the Order (Tool)
