TIBCO Awards Partners for Success with Customers

“I want to thank you for your trust and commitment to TIBCO as your business partner. It’s one of the many reasons I’m enthusiastic about my new role,” said Dan Streetman, TIBCO’s new CEO, opening up the TIBCO Partner Summit at TIBCO NOW Chicago. He went on to say, “The foundation of the TIBCO Connected Intelligence Cloud platform has never been stronger, and we’re committed to working with you so that your customers can make better decisions and take faster, smarter actions.”

Jason Johns, V.P. of Global Partners and Alliances, then shared his vision for the TIBCO partner program and talked more about the sales strategy and support for selling TIBCO products.

“We are focused on delivering 4 P’s with our Partners: products & solutions, programs, profitability, and predictability. We are ready to support you however you want and at the level of support you need so you can be more successful with your customers.” – Jason Johns

Following Johns, sales and marketing executives shared more exciting developments for TIBCO partner program. Steve Seger, Senior V.P. Americas Sales, and Alejandro Couce Casaballe, General Manager for Latin America, spoke about TIBCO Partner success with sales in the Americas.

“Partnering is what I enjoy most. We all want to bring the best value for our customers. We also want to make money. We have grown 3 times in two years. Much of our growth has come from our partners.” – Alejandro Couce

“I’m firmly committed to your success. We have mentioned several ‘P’s’ in our sales strategy, I’m going to give you an extra one: People. People matter. You are appreciated. Thank you for being here.” – Steve Seger

Additionally, J.F. Roy, V.P. of Technology Alliances & Strategic Operations, gave more details on unique opportunities for partners to make money from the Cloud, and the launch of the TIBCO partner academy.

“We decided to launch the TIBCO Partner Academy first. We wanted to provide a focal point for partners to go to and learn how to sell our products and gain their accreditations.” – J.F. Roy

Bruno Trimouille, V.P. of Marketing, and Natascha Lee, Director of Global Partner Marketing, went on to speak about the traction that has been made in the past year and where we are heading with new marketing tools and resources for partners, and how to leverage TIBCO’s leadership in the industry.

“We are heavily investing in our partner ecosystem. And partners investing in their TIBCO business are seeing enormous return on that investment.” – Natascha Lee

“With our new Partner resources we will be able to improve how we help provide guidance and focus on where you can expand.” – Bruno Trimouille

The Partner Summit concluded with the Senior Director of Americas Partners, Marc Seifert sharing partner sales strategy and presenting the TIBCO Partner of the Year Awards for the Americas with Jason Johns.
