The enterprise social networking market is a hotly contested space and one that’s still growing and maturing rapidly.
More and more companies are using ESNs to work better together and improve productivity. Deloitte estimates that by the end of 2013, 90 percent of Fortune 500 companies will have implemented an ESN.
With the industry speeding up, Forrester Research predicts that social enterprise apps and related services will grow to become a $6.4 billion market in 2016. And according to Gartner, 30 percent of ESNs will be considered as essential as email and telephones are today.
