I have to admit when I first heard the term “enterprise social graph,” I immediately associated it with one of those overwrought-marketing-type phrases dreamt up by influencers in the social business space. Rather than tweet my complaints (don’t get me started on the word ‘enterprise’), I thought I’d put tibbr’s Vice President of Product Sriram Chakravarthy to the test to see what “enterprise social graph” really means, why it matters, and how it differs from Facebook’s already-coined concept of social graph.
