Keeping Things on Track with Social Project Management

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Good project management requires not just a lot of organization, but also great communication. But, communication is often separate from your project management software, and typically lost in email. That means a lot of time wasted from pointless cross-checking.

In order to solve that problem, Teamly now offers a tightly integrated project management capability inside of tibbr, your enterprise social network. This means you can discuss and collaborate on project tasks, overall goals and measure progress, without leaving the social platform. Combining tibbr and Teamly means a single place to collaborate, discuss and organize your projects.

For example, let’s say you’re discussing a project roadblock on the wall. A few of your colleagues join in the conversation and quickly there’s a decision on what needs to happen. Without leaving the page you can assign a project with specific tasks from that discussion. When you view that task in the project list, you’ll also see the link back to the original wall discussion. At every step of the way, the wall discussion will be automatically updated, keeping everyone in the loop, effortlessly. Gantt charts visualize all projects and tasks and a history tab tracks all changes leaving an audit trail.

Make sure to check out our live demonstration of projects and our flexible workflow capability in the Solutions Showcase at TUCON. We hope to see you there!
