Dresner Advisory Services has begun data collection for its 2015 Wisdom of Crowds research study. All TIBCO Analytics users (Spotfire and Jaspersoft) are invited to participate in the 6th annual examination of the state of the business intelligence (BI) marketplace, focusing on BI drivers, usage and deployment trends, products, and the vendor landscape.
The 2015 survey will build on past research into overall BI deployment trends and related areas, including cloud BI, collaborative BI, advanced and predictive analytics, and the role of the BI competency center.
It also features new questions around cognitive BI/artificial intelligence BI, and data storytelling. Additionally, this year’s survey will include a separate section investigating the enterprise planning and budgeting software market.
As in previous years, the report will rank relevant vendors and products across 33 metrics covering products, services, sales, and integrity—offering an important tool for organizations planning to invest in BI solutions.
BI and enterprise planning users in all roles and industries are invited to contribute information on their current and future BI deployments as well as their perceptions of the BI landscape. The survey should take about 20-30 minutes. As a bonus, qualified survey participants will receive a complimentary copy of the report’s findings.
