TIBCO Software Announces New Management Appointments
TIBCO Software Inc. (Nasdaq: TIBX) today announced two significant management changes.
Raj Verma has been appointed Senior Vice President, North American Infrastructure Sales. In this role, Mr. Verma will lead sales and field marketing for all of TIBCO's infrastructure products in North America. Mr. Verma currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer and has been with TIBCO since 2004, when he joined through the acquisition of Staffware plc. He has had a successful track record with TIBCO in various roles within the sales organization, and, most recently, leading the Marketing function. Mr. Verma will report to Murat Sonmez, Executive Vice President of Global Field Operations.
Senior Vice President Matt Langdon will now oversee Marketing as part of an expanded Strategic Operations group. Mr. Langdon has been with TIBCO since 2003, successfully carrying out a variety of leadership roles, most recently in Corporate Development and Investor Relations.
These changes will take effect on December 1, 2012, the start of TIBCO's fiscal 2013.
