Reopening the economy will require proactive monitoring to help get people back to work safely. As a part of our continued TIBCO4Good initiative to solve meaningful human challenges through technology, TIBCO is introducing a way for businesses to create a safe working environment.

The TIBCO GatherSmart™ solution, a new symptom tracking solution enriched with analytics, allows you to regularly check in with your staff and assess their readiness for coming into the office. It will be free for companies with less than 50 employees. We hope this application, combined with other public safety and government initiatives, will help businesses transition back to work safely.

Using the TIBCO GatherSmart control center component, HR and other personnel departments can manage access to all worksites in a single dashboard. It provides up-to-date information on personnel status for quick and easy monitoring and management.

Quick Onboarding

Quick Onboarding

With an easy two-step process, HR first configures the survey and starts onboarding in the Control Center. Second, personnel complete a registration process and take the survey on the mobile app.

Everyday Use

Everyday Use

Once onboarded, personnel complete the survey set for them, then receive a digital passport. Security can then scan the passport to either allow or deny worksite access based on company guidelines and policy.

Anytime Monitoring

Anytime Monitoring

Through a dashboard, HR can easily monitor personnel status. Organizations can also visualize hotspots, use data to inform policy, and proactively respond based upon their guidelines.
