Our Commitment to Diversity
People are essential to our success, and we are committed to recruiting, hiring, and retaining diverse team members in roles across the organization. TIBCO is committed to having a culturally, socially, and ethnically diverse workforce and promoting diversity in all areas of recruitment, employment, training, and promotions. Recently, we have achieved several important metrics that we are proud to share:
Employee Resource Groups
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are team member-led cohorts that cultivate an inclusive environment through collaboration. By creating space for each of us to bring our unique experiences and backgrounds to the workplace, TIBCO’s four ERGs – BLADE, PRIDE, VETERANS, and WISE – work to advocate for and support inclusion.

BLADE: Blacks, Latinos, and Allies Driving Equity
We provide opportunities for growth, mentorship, empowerment, community-building, and innovation through educational programming and resources; calls to action; social activities; and partnership with colleagues and leaders on matters related to diversity and multiculturalism.

PRIDE: LGBTQ+ Community
We play an integral role in providing visibility, support, and equality for the LGBTQ+ community within the company and beyond. PRIDE encourages each member of the team to bring their whole selves to the workplace and is committed to promoting an inclusive atmosphere for all.

WISE: Women, Inclusion, Success, and Equity
We proactively invest in the success of our members by taking transformational steps through a program of membership, advocacy, education, and support, while providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Veterans
We are proud to empower veterans of global military service, as well as those who support them, including family members, friends, and allies. Our goal is to create a community of sharing, learning, and support for veterans and their allies at TIBCO.

Our Passion for Purpose
TIBCO recognizes the importance of supporting opportunity for all, and our philanthropic philosophy is exemplified in our TIBCO Cares program which encompasses team member giving and volunteerism, as well as corporate charitable contributions to organizations working to make the world a better and more equitable place. Our team members are often active in the community, giving of their time and talents through TIBCO-sponsored and individual volunteer projects. This has included projects around the world such as building hygiene kits, beach clean ups, planting trees, and making superhero capes for children’s hospitals.
Additionally, we are proud to offer a gift matching program on the Benevity platform, which makes personal giving and matching seamless for our team members, empowering them to give to a wide range of causes, and easily enables TIBCO to support the organizations that are meaningful to each of us.
We also leverage our unique expertise to give back through our initiative TIBCO4Good™, which is our promise to contribute software, training, expertise, and strategic guidance to approved partner organizations and communities so we can help solve meaningful human challenges through technology. Here are some of the additional ways we partner to give back:
TIBCO Cares supports three primary philanthropic focus areas: education, arts and culture, and the environment, as well as initiatives in the areas of medical research, food and shelter, disaster relief, civil rights, and more.
TIBCO has a long-standing relationship with Direct Relief, which is dedicated to equipping medical professionals with vital resources to treat vulnerable people around the US and the world in their time of need.
The Grace Hopper Celebration brings together women in technology to discuss research and career interests. TIBCO has served as a sponsor for several years, and hired female candidates through the event’s recruiting opportunities.
TIBCO is proud to partner with The WIT Network to connect members of our WISE ERG who identify as female and their allies with professional development and networking opportunities to help them continue to advance their careers.
TIBCO supports Women Who Code’s work to create a world where women are proportionally represented as technical leaders, executives, founders, VCs, board members, and software engineers.
Our ESG Policy
At TIBCO, we believe that leading in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues is essential to our core values and our ability to grow our business while driving innovation and community. This commitment to ESG is critical to achieving sustainability and equality at a corporate, cultural, and policy level, and to fulfilling our responsibility to all our stakeholders.
To act on this commitment, we have a robust ESG practice across many disciplines. This includes our commitment to a diverse employee and supplier pool; taking steps to ensure that our actions have a positive effect on the environment and future sustainability while driving cost efficiencies; and promoting honesty, integrity, fairness, and respect in all of our business practices.
Our ESG efforts are governed by our ESG Leadership Council. This committee includes members of our Board of Directors, our CEO, members of our executive leadership team, and managers across multiple functions; we encourage all of our stakeholders to engage in this effort with us.
Below are our core ESG objectives:
