Onboarding Success

  • Design; Deploy; Scale Assurance – A TIBCO expert consultant will work with your team to validate an integration solution design to support the business and technical requirements. This offering takes into account a broad view of integration issues within your enterprise such as security, data sovereignty, data privacy, etc. to establish a solid foundation for integration success. It addresses the scalability considerations related to deploying, upgrading, and supporting a broad range of integration solutions involving many integration touch points across a large and diverse user base. This service can be delivered on site or remotely at the discretion of the customer. A report detailing recommendations is provided.
  • Training – Level I Training is available as an online course to an unlimited number of people. Level II training is delivered classroom style at your location. Additional topics based on your integration use case can be added to the standard curriculum.
  • Go-Live Hotline  – An on-call support specialist is made available during a 12 hour window during project go-live.  In addition to the availability, this service includes up to 2 hours of problem diagnosis and resolution by a support specialist.

Sustained Success

  • Technical Account Management – An assigned TIBCO Expert will monitor, advise and assist with the technical aspects of your integration offerings. They will also be a primary point of contact for all Support escalations. They will prepare a monthly report of all support activity with recommendations for improvement.
  • Design Review – A TIBCO expert consultant will perform a review of the integration design, ongoing job execution history, and error patterns.  The service includes a review of internal processes for managing integrations and job performance analysis.  A report detailing findings and recommendations for improvement/optimization is provided.  An audit covers up to 6 integration solutions. This service is delivered remotely.
  • Executive Review – A TIBCO hosted meeting designed for the stakeholders on your Executive Team to analyze the business impact of integration on your organization.
  • Scheduled Expert Consulting – You can schedule time with a Scribe consultant to cover topics of your choice.  Time must be scheduled in advance for a minimum 2-hour block.
  • Refresher Training – This provides registration for two additional people to attend a TIBCO Level II training.

Terms

If additional scope is required, this will be handled through a mutually executed Change Order. Travel and living expenses, if any, are additional and will be invoiced separately. The subscription includes a maximum of 157 hours.
