This packaged set of success services is designed to ensure customers drive maximum business value from their HubSpot and Dynamics 365 Sales integration. The focus of these services is on getting to value quickly while providing the support to keep things running smoothly.

Description of work

A typical setup process takes 45-60 days and includes the following:

  • Dedicated account manager point of contact
  • One hour kickoff meeting to review sync logic, customization options, and field mappings
  • Provide Dynamics managed solution package to install all custom HubSpot fields and form customizations
  • HubSpot setup including fields and lists used for the integration
  • Development process includes all sync logic, customization options, and field mappings as scoped in the kickoff meeting
  • Test all sync flows and process test data in a quality assurance phase
  • Build and test in production environments
  • Full initial sync to populate both systems with all eligible records
  • One hour post-launch data review and integration training
  • 6 months of post-launch managed support time
  • Managed support includes:
    • Email-based support ticketing
    • General troubleshooting and connection updates (i.e. login failures)
    • Changes to field mappings and included sync logic

Customer Expectations

  • Provide access to design environment for integrated systems
  • Make required client personnel with the knowledge of the project and systems available for the Design Analysis and Design Review

Payment Terms

Essential Project Setup Package: $10,000

Services not listed in the project activities are considered out of scope. If the client requests custom consulting, they may be purchased at the rate of $225 per hour. If delivery of services requires travel, the client will be billed for travel and related expenses.

Unused consulting services expire one year from date of purchase.
