Sound Credit Union identified two challenges: a lack of visibility into member data that impeded the ability to make informed business decisions and an inability to easily combine data from diverse sources for a complete 360-degree view of member activities.
In partnership with TIBCO, a team of two created a business-level analytics portal and associated data mart within six months to provide a well-rounded picture of the credit union’s entire member base. Now, Sound supports more than 100 use cases, including offering better services, creating more targeted products, increasing deposits, and minimizing loan delinquencies.
