Customer Analytics: Hands-on Workshop with TIBCO Spotfire and Python

In this session, you will learn how to create a customer analytics application using Python, TIBCO Spotfire analytics, and a ready-to-use template. The data science techniques you will learn are customer segmentations, such as recency, frequency, monetary (RFM) and customer lifetime value, combined with market-basket analysis for next best action product recommendations. This template is intended for any industry providing customers with products and services such as Travel, and Banking. You will be generating actionable consumer insights using intuitive, interactive sliders, filters, and visualizations.
