Washington University in St. Louis: CRISPR Screening with ML for Precision Medicine

Neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's, cancer) are without a cure partially due to our genetic differences. Using individuals' DNA, we create a library of patient-specific mutations, and through CRISPR genome editing, engineer them into live human cells.
