TIBCO Orchestra Orchestra Action Plan - Professional Equality Index
TIBCO Orchestra pursues a proactive policy of gender equality in the workplace. The Professional Equality Index, regulated by the French Ministry of Labour, Employment and Integration requires all companies with at least 50 employees to calculate and publish their index of professional equality between women and men. The below information documents TIBCO Orchestra’s index scores as well as the required progress objectives. We recognize that women continue to be underrepresented in technology and this is a challenge the entire industry faces, including TIBCO. Considering that half of the world population is female and only 25% of the tech industry is female, we have an opportunity to improve our diversity and continue to work toward gender equality in the workplace.
