Equipment Return Guidelines

These terms apply to Equipment in your possession or control that is owned by TIBCO and which is subject to return to TIBCO following the expiration or termination of an applicable Agreement. These terms do not apply to the shipment or replacement of Equipment subject to a current Maintenance agreement.
