The awards, presented at the TIBCO NOW™ conference in Singapore, recognize achievements in deploying TIBCO technology to generate positive business results. The Trailblazer Awards recognize customers who have embraced digital transformation, using technology to innovate and disrupt in their industries to stay ahead of the competition.

Transformer Award

CyberLogitec receives the Transformer Award for integrating the 3D visualizer application of its IoT platform solution with TIBCO® Streaming, providing a more stable operating environment with the ability to handle large data analysis in real time. CyberLogitec wanted to gain more insight into the real-time location of equipment, analysis of large data in real time and to benefit from data collected from IoT devices, so it turned to TIBCO Streaming. The company saw an 80 percent reduction in actual deployment time, from 10 months to just two and a much faster, sustainable system, offering a big picture of how all its tools work together. As such, CyberLogitec’s IoT platform will deliver increased stability, reliability, and expanded functionality to its customers worldwide.

Visionary Award

This year's recipient of the Visionary Award is CargoSmart, a global shipment management software solutions provider, that has adapted a scalable platform to deliver real-time situational awareness through customized solutions. With TIBCO Spotfire™, the company used data visualizations to quickly adapt to their changing needs, while implementing TIBCO Flogo™ Enterprise delivered extended capabilities to be deployed anywhere. CargoSmart has been able to shorten its time-to-market by increasing throughput with daily releases. From location tracking and temperature monitoring, to disruption prediction, CargoSmart IoT is transforming the container shipping industry. With TIBCO Streaming, CargoSmart offers a smart, refrigerated container product that not only provides real-time end-to-end shipment visibility, but also real-time analysis of 1.8 million messages per day of IoT data to predict and respond to business disruptions. This digital transformation and continuous innovation as a TIBCO customer has positively impacted both CargoSmart's cost savings and decision making.

Pioneer Award

The winner of this year’s Pioneer Award is Telkomsel, one of the largest wireless network providers in the world, whose digital transformation journey has led them to the development of Telkomsel Digital Core, a digital platform leveraging microservices and APIs through DevOps for accelerated development. By choosing TIBCO BusinessWorks™ Container Edition, Telkomsel had the freedom to deploy their digital business using any container management layer available, which gave the business freedom to grow as needed. Additionally, the TIBCO® Fulfillment Order Management tool gave Telkomsel the capability to deliver lifestyle-relevant products and services to their customers with an accelerated, code-free approach, employing the omni-channel dynamic offering and pricing API engine. This technique has reduced Telkomsel’s time-to-market and further boosted Telkomsel’s digital leadership in the market.

Impact Award

Sydney Water, a leading utility company, receives the Impact Award for leveraging the TIBCO® Connected Intelligence platform to manage complex business processes, along with a large volume of cases and their supporting data. This has enabled the company to improve customer experience on the front end and streamline its processes on the back end. Now, customers can work directly with Sydney Water, rather than a third party, for small and medium projects while meeting the company's asset protection requirements. Sydney Water's flexible, agile IT platform reduces processing risk, delivers greater efficiencies, and improves customer experiences through real-time status feedback.
