Since the Russian government initiated the invasion of Ukraine, TIBCO’s number one priority has been the safety and welfare of our team members in Ukraine and their families. We are in regular contact with them during this difficult time, offering direct relief and support.
TIBCO is abiding by the sanctions imposed by the United States and its allies. To ensure compliance with these sanctions, we are ceasing to conduct business with any new or existing customers in Russia and Belarus, as well as the Crimea region, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic region and the Luhansk People’s Republic region within Ukraine (“Sanctioned Regions”).
Amid this conflict and the associated sanctions, we remain fully committed to serving our customers outside of the Sanctioned Regions and do not foresee any material interruptions in service arising from these events. In light of the potential for cyber risks related to the ongoing conflict, we have put in place controls to actively monitor, and in specific cases, block cyber risk sources from Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine. We are also monitoring guidance from the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) concerning this situation.
The human toll of this war is already devastating. Our global team has shown their compassion through individual donations and direct relief to refugees displaced by the war. To encourage this outpouring of support, and in addition to our corporate donation to the International Red Cross, TIBCO is fully matching team members’ donations toward relief and aid for the people affected by this war, up to $100,000.
Through our TIBCO4Good™ initiatives, we are actively exploring opportunities to leverage our expertise and software to help the Ukrainian people and provide assistance to other organizations helping the population of Ukraine.
