TIBCO Executive Wins Second Stevie® Award for Female Executive of the Year
TIBCO’s SVP of Global Human Resources, Michele Haddad, Recognized for Focus on Workplace Diversity and Employee Development
TIBCO Software Inc., a global leader in integration, API management, and analytics, today announced Michele Haddad, senior vice president of Global Human Resources, was named winner of a Stevie® Award for Female Executive of the Year: Business Services in the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. This is the second consecutive year Michele was honored with a Stevie Award, a testament to her continued commitment to advocating for TIBCO employees by creating successful HR programs.

Under Michele’s leadership, TIBCO’s HR team continues to evolve from a more traditional, policy-driven organization to a customer- and business-focused team, supporting a workforce of more than 3,500 employees in 29 countries worldwide. Michele has invested in learning and career development to leverage employee input on core values and development needs. She also advocates for diversity at TIBCO through sponsorships of Women Who Code, App Camp for Girls, Grace Hopper, Code.Org, and involvement in various coding camps for underprivileged middle and high school students.

More than 1,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories, including Entrepreneur of the Year, Executive of the Year, Company of the Year, Startup of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Women Run Workplace of the Year, among others.
