Passenger traffic at Australia's Melbourne Airport is sky-rocketing, its 35 million passengers are expected to double by 2033. To meet the demands of its fast-growing traveler population, in the Fall of 2015, the airport launched a multi-phase project aimed at achieving situational awareness based on key systems supporting the customer experience.
