The Twitter connector allows you to extract data from Twitter and use it by querying and filtering tweets for specific hashtags, keywords, or handles. You can use the connector to:

  • Automatically create a support case in ServiceNow or Salesforce for customers who ask for help on Twitter
  • Attach tweets to leads or contacts in your CRM system to make your sales team aware of your customers' sentiments
  • Record tweets about your company in a database for analysis with your business intelligence software
