Chief Executive Officer
Dan Streetman is the Chief Executive Officer of TIBCO. Dan is an expert at leveraging real-time data to enable faster, smarter decisions. Prior to leading TIBCO, Dan helped propel significant data-driven transformations, most recently at BMC, Salesforce, and C3.ai. He is a strong advocate for creating cultures of collaboration, and he honed his leadership skills as a U.S. Army officer, serving in combat operations and receiving decorations including the Bronze Star. He actively advocates for veterans and serves on several non-profit boards supporting education and employment. Dan is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and earned an MBA at Harvard Business School.
Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel
Bill Hughes is responsible for TIBCO's legal functions. As General Counsel, he oversees TIBCO's global legal activities and policies, as well as ethics, regulatory affairs, compliance, risk management, investigations, and brand protection. Bill is also involved in various administrative and development activities. He joined TIBCO in 1999. Bill holds a JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a BS in Management from Canisius College.
Chief Operating Officer
Matt Quinn manages TIBCO's day-to-day operations and is instrumental in the growth and development of TIBCO's products and technologies, including the TIBCO Connected Intelligence Cloud. Formerly serving in executive roles including Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, Products and Technology, Matt has spent more than 20 years with TIBCO leading large-scale transformations to organizational structure and product strategy. He received his BA in Computer Science and Masters of Applied Science Information Technology from RMIT University Melbourne.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Tom Berquist is responsible for worldwide financial operations and reporting, as well as investor relations, sales operations, and maintenance renewals, and the implementation of Vista's transformation initiatives. Prior to joining TIBCO, Tom held CEO and CFO roles at software companies including Saba, Corel, and Actian. In addition, he has spent 10 years on Wall Street with Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and Piper Jaffray, and six years at Deloitte. Tom earned a BA degree in Accounting and a MBA in Management & Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
Chief Information Officer
Rani Johnson is Chief Information Officer at TIBCO. In this role, Rani is integral to developing the vision and overall business strategy of TIBCO's IT organization. Prior to joining TIBCO, Rani was the SVP and CIO of SolarWinds and CIO at the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA). Rani began her career as a software developer at NASA's Johnson Space Center and had code deployed on the International Space Station. Rani holds dual degrees in electrical engineering and general engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and Spelman College.
Chief Marketing Officer
Fred Studer is the Chief Marketing Officer of TIBCO. He's had a distinguished career in marketing, creative, and product management, with more than 25 years in the high tech industry. Previously, as the CMO of FinancialForce, he led the modernization of the brand, defined a targeted go-to-market model, and helped to dramatically improve marketing ROI and efficiency. Studer has also led worldwide marketing as the CMO of Gigamon and NetSuite, and before that, spent several years at Microsoft and Oracle. Originally from Denver, Colo., Studer received his B.S. in accounting and finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a board member of the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.
Chief People Officer
Michele Haddad is Chief People Officer at TIBCO, where she's responsible for the company's global HR strategy, including workforce development and organization effectiveness, benefits and compensation, staffing, and HR processes. She also leads HR transformations and programs to enhance employee engagement across the 30 countries where TIBCO operates. Michele has more than 15 years' experience at TIBCO. She holds an MBA and a BS in Finance, both from Santa Clara University.
Chief Technology Officer
As the global Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at TIBCO, Nelson Petracek is helping to shape the development of TIBCO's emerging technology platforms and products. With over 20 years of experience, Nelson works to deliver solutions for the next stage of digital business, drawing upon his deep knowledge of cloud, blockchain, low-code applications, microservices, and event processing. A strong technology evangelist, he works with customers to identify and define the appropriate use of various technologies and architectures, and advises on best practices and information delivery patterns. Nelson received his Bachelor of Commerce in Computational Science from the University of Saskatchewan.
President & Global Head of Customer Operations
As President & Global Head of Customer Operations, Scott Roza leads TIBCO's global sales, alliances, professional services, and customer excellence functions. In his role, Scott fosters and maintains relationships with TIBCO’s thousands of customers. Prior to joining TIBCO, Scott held CEO, President, and other senior sales leadership roles at software and fintech companies including Clearwater Analytics, Guidewire Software, Skytap, and Opsware. Scott was also a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co. Scott is a distinguished marine engineering graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and spent five years as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy. Scott holds MS degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland and MIT, and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Business.
Chief Customer Excellence Officer
Jeffrey Hess is TIBCO's Chief Customer Excellence Officer. Hess drives the transformation of the company's customer engagement, expanding adoption of TIBCO's Connected Intelligence Cloud platform. His experience in customer success spans more than two decades. As SVP of Worldwide Pre-Sales and Customer Experience at BMC Software, Hess developed a modernized end-to-end customer experience and created a unified, high-performing global organization to support all critical go-to-market activities. He also successfully led teams as an SVP and General Manager of Industry Value Engineering at SAP by aligning go-to-market strategies to create differentiated and unique experiences for customers. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware, as well as an MBA in International Finance from Emory University.
Senior Vice President, Global Professional Services
Vivek Rao leads TIBCO's services organization, which is responsible for delivering complex deployments of mission-critical solutions to TIBCO customers globally. Vivek brings an extensive record of growing and leading successful global services organizations. Vivek holds an MS in Management Systems from Clarkson University, New York; is a management graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta; and has an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
