What happens after the seven-day trial?
After the seven-day trial, your account will expire. If you proceed with a subscription, your account will be reactivated, and you will be able to pick up exactly where you left off.

Yes, subscriptions are available globally.
Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time?
Your subscription is good for one year; we do not provide refunds.
Can I share my subscription?
No, all subscriptions are individual.
Can I transfer my subscription?
Yes, you can transfer your subscription once, to someone in your company.
After I purchase a subscription, when do I get access?

Can I get access for more than one year?
No, we only offer one year subscriptions.

What happened to MY.TEN/TEN subscription?
All subscriptions have been migrated with the same subscription renewal date.
How do I reset my password?

Courses, tutorials, and workshops are available for most TIBCO products. Currently, we have training for TIBCO Spotfire, TIBCO Streaming, TIBCO Data Science, TIBCO Jaspersoft, TIBCO Data Virtualization, TIBCO EBX, TIBCO Hawk, TIBCO Cloud Integration, TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO Flogo, TIBCO Scribe, TIBCO BusinessEvents, TIBCO Messaging, TIBCO ActiveSpaces, TIBCO Cloud API Management, TIBCO BPM Enterprise, and TIBCO Cloud Events.
What types of courses are offered?
Three types: 1) Foundation 2) Proficient and 3) Operations.
How long are the courses?
Foundation courses are 1 day, proficient and operations courses are 2 to 4 days depending on the product.
What is a tutorial?
A tutorial is an up to 10-minute video on a specific topic.
Are the courses on the latest releases?
All courses are based on the latest product release at the time they are created.
How often are courses updated?
Courses are typically updated within six months of the general availability of a major product release.
What courses help prepare for certification exams?
Foundation courses provide a foundation for the TIBCO Certified Associate exam, and Proficient courses provide a foundation for the TIBCO Certified Professional exam. Review exam prerequisites at https://www.tibco.com/services/education/certification.
What language are the courses in?
All courses are in English.
Is there audio for all courses?
Most courses have both audio and video to easily follow along.
Does Cloud Software Group Learning Center keep track of student progress?
Yes, the platform keeps track of courses you have enrolled in, your progress, and completed courses. You can access the My Activities page from the main menu for details.
How do I get access to the virtual Labs?
Hands on labs are available only in our Instructor-led training classes.
