Sr Maintenance Renewal Professional

Help our customers take the best of TIBCO’s technology and help them to get to the next level by renewing their current contracts and offering new updates and software. If you can build relationships quickly, help others solve problems, and propose solutions then our Renewals Team is looking for you! 

We are searching for an exceptional professional to focus on our Enterprise installed base. The successful candidate will understand their customer's business objectives and act as their trusted advisor for using TIBCO Spotfire, the most complete analytics solution in the market, most effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Manage renewals across North America to achieve and exceed the quarterly quota

  • Coordinate issues as they arise to ensure resolution and work with the team to improve process, efficiency, and productivity (maintain a close relationship with different departments within the company)

  • Maintains a close relationship with customers and proactively contact them to mitigate risks of cancellations

  • Maintains a close relationship with the Sales Team in order to pass along lead generations that may occur

  • Ensure systems and data are managed for complete accuracy

  • Enable upselling customers on additional modules or cross-selling of other products 

  • Ensure annual uplift of 3-5% unless it is capped within the legal contract

  • Help to identify operational improvements in our renewal processes

  • Quote 120 in advance of expiration

Who You Are

  • Sales, Pre-Sales or Renewals experience preferred

  • Proven experience successfully achieving and exceeding performance goals

  •  2+ years of experience in negotiation and Management oriented role

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and BI Tools preferred

  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with peers and managers across the organization

  • Ability to maintain a professional dialogue and demeanor in challenging situations

  • Experience with Excel

  • Bachelors degree preferred 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You are a top performer with the accolades to show for it

  • 2 or more years of SaaS industry experience 

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle Financials, and BI Tools

  • Experience with creating contracts, forecasting, partner tracking, and reporting in Salesforce
