Position Overview

  • Manage sales operations support to strategic territory partners (external) and Strategic Territory Partner managers (internal)
  • Assist the strategic territory partners and the TIBCO partner managers with the commercial structuring of license, subscription (conversion) deals and maintenance renewals
  • Work across TIBCO departments triaging issues/problems and facilitating solutions to these issues.
  • Support internal sales forecasting of strategic territory partner
  • Manage strategic territory partner business reviews including managing partner business review packs
  • Manage training and enablement of Strategic Territory Partners
  • Manage strategic territory partner royalty process (in and outbound)
  • Become trusted advisor for strategic territory partners (external) and Strategic Territory Partner managers (internal)

What You'll Do

Required Skills:

  • Business/ Finance degree
  • 3+ years experience in commercial software environment
  • Experience in working with external international partners (i.e. channel)
  • Excited about working in fast growing and dynamic culture.
  • A team player who is also comfortable working on their own initiative
  • Resilient and know a positive attitude is key to your success
  • Strong analytic and organisational skills
  • Creative and problem solving
  • An advanced Excel user but you have also started experimenting with other data analysis tools (e.g. Spotfire)
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Communication skills - both verbal and written, ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Time management and ability to work within SLA's
  • Understand process flows and be able to look at a holistic process to identify inefficiencies
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliverables under tight timeframes
  • Willingness to step in and help to drive implementation
