Headquartered in Palo Alto, Calif., TIBCO Software empowers businesses to their digital destinations by interconnecting everything in real time and providing augmented intelligence for everyone, from business users to data scientists. With more than 10,000 customers, 3500 employees located in over 30 countries, TIBCO has
retained the speed and agility of a start-up. We value and encourage new ideas, direct communication, and creative problem solving in a team context.

About TIBCO Spotfire: TIBCO Spotfire enables anyone to make data-driven decisions. Our customers use the product to solve business-critical problems and gain insights by visualizing and analyzing their data. After having revolutionized the field of analytics, we have enjoyed two decades of evolution. The analytic features range from extension options for free-form, dynamic graphs to back-end integrations with external systems, all based on the broadly capable and highly extensible application.

About TIBCO Spotfire Analytic Fabric: You will be part of the Analytic Fabric Feature team. It is a global team hosted in the offices in Seattle (WA), Gothenburg (Sweden), Timișoara (Rumania), and Pune (India), with some team members working from home offices. Passionate about, and from, customer success, the team is focused on the user experience from a system perspective: The application lives in differing corporate contexts, including the TIBCO hosted TIBCO Cloud Spotfire, and it is used in many different business settings even within a single customer. It is also widely used within our team, to analyze feature performance, staff well-being, cloud costs, and technical support data. The US based part of the team works foremost within Spotfire Engineering, but also with other TIBCO teams, in particular with the team building the TIBCO Cloud. You will play an integral part of developing the product to function in those differing corporate contexts and in TIBCO Cloud. Some relatively mature cloud technologies, such as Kubernetes and Helm, are our basis. The continuous modernization of product and tooling within Engineering is a strong focus area in the US based part of the team.

The onboarding program will introduce you to people in all job functions. It will also introduce you to all parts of TIBCO Spotfire as a system. You will have a mentor for as long as needed. Actual work is highly collaborative: Team members may be joined by people from other development teams or from the Product Management, SRE, and Support in a self-directed workstyle, with the Project Manager in a safe-guarding function. Most of your colleagues will have many years of Spotfire experience, and will welcome you into this way of working. At TIBCO we believe in a diverse workforce that is open for everyone. By our global gender diversity initiative WIT - Women Igniting TIBCO - we support and promote women across the organization. We also offer an attractive compensation and benefit package, flexible working hours and location, continuous opportunities to grow.
