Position Overview

This is a fixed term contract for an ASAP start till 31st May 2022. An entry/ associate level position - fantastic opportunity if you're a recent Marketing graduate with related field-marketing internships under your belt. 

Joining as our Senior Associate - Field Marketing Manager you’ll be managing TIBCO’s field-marketing activities and lead generation programs for France, Belgium, and the Netherlands region. You’ll own a range of campaigns such as (webinars, email, social, newsletters etc.) leading the whole end-to-end process to create high visibility with customers, partners, prospects, investors, media and analyst audiences. You’ll also own the data analysis and presentation of the trends and results, and making recommendations for future campaigns/ activities.

Teamwork and collaboration are in TIBCO’s DNA, which means you’ll also partner with others in the wider EMEA & Global Marketing team (Digital, Demand Generation, ABM), as well as with our regional field-sales, presales, and business development teams + external agencies. 

You'll thrive if you're someone who loves achieving outstanding results,  is a teamplayer and likes cross-team collaboration, and working in a fast-paced environment - your ability to quickly learn and adapt is crucial. You’re also someone who is an articulate communicator and possess strong project management skills. 

What You'll Do

Required Skills

  • Fluent French speaker with business-fluent English (written and verbal)
  • 1-3 years experience working in a similar field-marketing role at an Enterprise SaaS/ IT/ Cloud company developing and executing enterprise-level B2B marketing campaigns
  • Experience of digital demand generation programmes (webinars, paid search, display networks, ABM programmatic advertising, LinkedIn or similar) across an array of industries and audiences
  • Highly creative with strong copy-writing skills
  • Comfortable working on a number of projects/ activities at any given time: ownership of projects from concept creation, development and execution, to reporting and presenting results
  • Experience using: JIRA, Salesforce, Oracle, Excel
  • Masters/ Qualifications in Marketing or related discipline advantageous
