Senior Associate Customer Marketing Manager


  • The TIBCO Customer Marketing team is offering a unique opportunity to be part of one of the fastest growing groups in TIBCO responsible for developing customer advocates and marketing to our customers across the customer lifecycle

  • This is a full time, India-based coordinator position with an opportunity to contribute to a global marketing organization and work alongside top talent in the areas of marketing, customer advocacy, event planning, public relations, analyst relations and more

What You'll Do

  • Own operational execution of all customer communication campaigns such as onboarding emails, newsletters, education & enablement opportunities, etc.
  • Establish and manage customer marketing communications calendar and processes to prevent disjointed or too-frequent requests for participation and communication
  • Partner closely with broader team to source relevant content to support all campaign emails
  • Work closely with the customer marketing campaigns role to build and send digital campaigns from creation to performance reporting and follow-ups 
  • Evaluate accuracy of customer data and institutionalize persona identification process and enhancements
  • Maintain various project support tickets for creating assets (such as creative, web, video-based, etc.) for email campaigns
  • Build lookbooks for supportive (and double-click) campaign material
  • Help with sourcing campaigns to target advocates and encourage acts of advocacy throughout customer lifecycle
  • Create and manage program KPIs and goals, ensuring visibility via reports and dashboards 
  • Support the day-to-day customer marketing operations and programs

Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience in professional marketing or operations environment preferred (Communications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • High proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office and Google Business suite programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Slides, etc.) including CRM experience with Salesforce, a requirement

  • Fluency with marketing operations, content management, and data analytics tools like Marketo, Seismic, Pathfactory, and JIRA are a plus

  • Operations-minded with a passion for efficiency and eye for detail, with experience in data management and analytics 

  • Interest in technology and desire to learn and grow

  • Functions well in a fast-paced environment, analytically minded 

  • Must be a strong self-starter and be able to multitask

  • Independent and confident problem-solver

  • Proactive and bold problem-solver, creative in a bind

  • Communicative and transparent team player 

  • Strong project management skills
