Overview

Sr. Sales Executive – Healthcare Software Solutions 

TIBCO is seeking an energetic and dedicated enterprise software sales professional to join our growing Health & Life Sciences division as a Sr. Sales Executive. This individual contributor position will be focused on selling TIBCO Health solutions to both new prospects and grow our existing customer base. The experienced Sales Executive will be  responsible for all phases of the sales cycle. Emphasis will be in positioning the TIBCO Data Management, Business Intelligence & Analytics tools to Payors, Providers, Health Information Exchanges, and other related healthcare organizations.

 

What You'll Do

  • 7+ years successful track record of exceeding revenue goals in complex, enterprise software sales selling to the healthcare industry.

  • Strong expertise selling into the healthcare industry. Areas of preferred experience include understanding the reporting and analytical needs of providers, payors, health information exchanges. 

  • Proficient understanding of healthcare data, both clinical and financial. Strong understanding of the EMR marketplace, integrated health systems, medical terminology, and helping customers create the connection between data and the need for a decision-making platform. 

  • Strong desire to make a difference in healthcare through data and analytical solutions; experience selling data management solutions.

  • Strong communication and effective presentation, time management, and organization skills.

  • Experience in aligning with all levels of an organization (from frontline workers to mid-level management to executives).

  • The ability to understand how to pragmatically apply technical solutions to solve business problems.

  • The ability to create a value proposition that aligns with organizational goals and ROI.

  • Experience in dealing with complex procurement processes and negotiating T&C’s.

  • Ability to effectively manage a sales process through the entire sales cycle (from identifying an opportunity, to proper qualification, to closing).

  • Strong telephone prospecting, partnering, and marketing skills.

  • The energy of a self-starter, coupled with excellent knowledge of the industry marketplace and business drivers.

  • Effective customer management experience.
