Position Overview

Joining our EMEA Professional Services Group (PSG), we're looking for a SaaS Project Manager to join our Netherlands team, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of complex software-projects across our portfolio of enterprise solutions (integration, data management, analytics and data science related projects). It's a hands on role where you'll work with a variety of customers across different industries and managing multiple projects concurrently with attention to project budgets, time, and quality.

You'll be someone who is a strong relationship manager and can exercise strong judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining the best results. You pride yourself on understanding a client's business (critical success factors, markets, customers, competition) and set account strategies to compliment the client's goals. You'll also promote the breadth of PSG’s consulting service solutions to increase business opportunity, revenue growth, while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, you'll collaborate with internal teams such as presales and help develop and deliver presentations/ proposals, provide constant communication and project status updates to TIBCO and customer stakeholders establishing continued confidence in Services and growing the relationship + regular communications with Sales Management, Regional Director, and Practice Manager on account status and engagement issues. You may also manage TIBCO subcontractors and SI resources. 

What You'll Do

Required Skills

  • Fluent Dutch AND English (essential)
  • 360 lifecycle project management/ services delivery experience gained in the SaaS/ Cloud/ Technology Consultancy/ IT Services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively scope the work to be accomplished, manage technical projects, control cost, identify and mitigate risks, deliver on schedule, and manage customer expectations
  • Ability to make recommendations based on client's explicit and implied needs and translates those needs into sales opportunities and proposals
  • Maintain a positive team atmosphere throughout the duration of the customer engagement
  • Tools: MS Project and JIRA

Nice to have: 

  • Project Management certification (PMP/ Prince2 or equivalent)
  • Broad technical understanding of TIBCO products advantageous
  • Experience with Object Oriented analysis (OOA), design (OOD) and Project Management (OOPM)
  • Working knowledge of the UNIX and NT operating systems
  • General understanding of both C++ and Java
  • General working knowledge of RDBMS
