Member Technical Staff

•Design, implement, and extend/maintain (as needed) software based upon the product requirements.

•Bug fixing and maintenance of existing products and implementations.

•Periodically interact with prospects/customers to understand their requirements and implement in the product.

•4+ years of Extensive hands-on experience with the following is required:

• 2+ years experience in developing server-side core Java applications involving the following concepts :- multi-threaded , distributed & scalable architecture

• 2+ years’ experience in developing custom data structures and algorithms with additional exposure to concurrent/lock free algorithms.

• Hands on experience with working Spring and hibernate framework.

• 4+ years of design, implementation and operational experience with highly available, reliable, and scalable, distributed software systems

•4+ years of experience in web-standards - XML, XSD, XSLT, HTTP(s), WS, REST, SOAP,WS-Security, UML

• 2+ developing with JDBC code, with at least one database expertise such as Oracle, Postgres

• 1+ developing applications with NoSQL databases (Redis). • 2+ years application performance monitoring/optimization

• 2+ years in troubleshooting issues with JVM process - Thorough knowledge of JVM internals such as memory management, tuning, profiling, and understanding bottlenecks.

• 2+ Working knowledge of OS characteristic and tuning with respect to process, and use of such tools like top, vmstat, mpstat, networksniff, and shell scripts

• Knowledge of any of the Web UI technologies such as Angular/JS, JQuery etc is an additional desirable.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies, Scrum and Sprint models
