Position Overview

Our Talent Acquisition team is pivotal in the overall success of TIBCO. Finding exceptional people is a top priority! As a team leader you’ll be instrumental in executing and ensuring our team execute on our ambitious hiring goals so that we continue to build out all of our functions as quickly as possible.

This is a new opportunity to work within our EMEA based Talent Acquisition team and with our EMEA leaders to help shape TIBCO with delivering within and building a world-class recruiting practice. We are looking for someone who is “results-oriented” and always eager to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

Working alongside the EMEA Talent & Operational Effectiveness Director you will support the full recruitment cycle for all departments across EMEA (a ‘true’ generalist) as well as manage the Talent Acquisition team based in Ireland, UK and India. This means working hands on/hand-in-hand with hiring managers to find candidates for the reqs that you carry whilst managing the team and ensuring they too deliver.

This is a true hybrid role where you have scope to demonstrate your skills as a recruiter whilst managing a small team and looking into the talent strategy; team growth/development/mentoring, building out effective recruiting processes ensuring regional differences are understood and participating in global initiative/projects.

What You'll Do

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience ideally a through and through generalist with some SaaS experience
  • 3+ years of management experience ideally across-geographies
  • Knowledge of European employment markets, trends, and labour laws
  • Has used data to validate the success of hiring efforts
  • Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
