What You'll Do

   Overall Responsible for Soft Services Operations and technical issues.

●      Delivery of facility related, administrative support services and activities at the site on a day-to-day basis.

●      Responsible for overall upkeep of the site to high standards of operations, maintenance and cleanliness.

●      Makes daily inspections of the office building(s) and equipment to determine if janitorial, pantry, façade cleaning, arrangements and other services are adequate and whether repair work is needed; reviews safety and security equipment and procedures for adequacy.

●      Ensure proper selection procedure of the HK staff deployed through Vendor and maintain their Police verification record.

●      Maintain docket of every individual with the following documents: Offer letter, Address proof, PCC etc.

●      Check invoices thoroughly and send for approval to the Pune office.

●      Assigns and reviews work of subordinates, gives instructions, maintains discipline and resolves issues pertaining to ground maintenance and security problems.

●      Maintain inventory of all the HK related consumables/chemicals

●      Maintain minimum stock levels for all materials/chemicals

●      Oversees events held at the facility; interacts with caterers, and/or auxiliary staff as appropriate to the specific event.

●      Maintain documentation works required for the SEZ approvals.

●      Ensure all statutory compliances are renewed in time.

●      Prepare daily reports and send it to management review

●      Coordinate with the vendor for the PPM activities.

●      Monitor and inspect buildings and premises for fire, security and safety issues, and monitor plans for compliance with state regulations.

●      Ensure proper hygiene is maintained in the cafeteria.

●      Control the cost of the transport ensuring employees reach office in time and with at most safety.

●      Ensure employees working in the office have a better environment and basic facilities available during the working hours.

●      Build professional relationships with the employees.

●      Record all the matters on email.

●      Highlight any issue which you think might be of concern at a later date.
