Global Campaigns Manager

Overview

The primary objective of this role is to generate demand for TIBCO’s analytics  solutions globally via a combination of integrated demand generation tactics. The Global Campaigns Manager - Predict Campaigns will work closely with numerous teams, individuals, Executives and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver pipeline, revenue and ROI from the programs they are responsible for.

The role will work closely with the PMM team, Digital and Field marketing teams with multiple interactions with the sales teams and leaders globally.

The role reports to the Global Director of Campaigns and will be based remotely in the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Strategize, build, deliver, and evolve integrated campaigns targeting enterprise organizations 

  • Use a suite of channels and tactics in coordination with Web, Creative, Marketing Operations, Paid Media, Social, Events, ABM and Partner Marketing functions to create compelling campaigns that can scale across various regions and markets

  • Work closely with marketing and business leaders to translate business goals and objectives into meaningful marketing campaigns and programs that deliver engagement, leads, pipeline and revenue

  • Work with external and internal resources on content creation to support the Vertical programs including eBooks, whitepapers, customer use case stories, industry case studies, webinars, videos and thought leadership material

  • Evaluate & onboard new vendors as required to support the strategy

  • Manage the purchasing process for the key tactics and programs being delivered

  • Manage campaign budget and ensure proper ROI to deliver on goals, with a special focus on marketing originated or marketing influenced revenue for net new logos

  • Own campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of campaign activities for your programs and tactics as part of the global marketing KPI set

  • Lead Vertical marketing evangelism, enablement and reporting including regular update calls/meetings with multiple teams/stakeholders globally

  • Reporting to the Director of Global Campaigns this role will join a dedicated team of campaign professionals spanning multiple regions and timezones

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience creating & executing multi-touch, integrated marketing programs.

  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage, and a proven history of improving funnel conversion

  • Market knowledge of integration, data management or analytics an advantage

  • Experience of digital programs including SEO, paid media, paid social, content syndication and lead nurturing is required

  • Ability to operate at a fast pace and successfully manage multiple projects concurrently without taking your eye off the ball and happy to be hands-on in the role

  • Work with regional teams to adapt campaigns for local markets

  • A self-starter who is confident, enthusiastic, very proactive and incredibly organized

  • Fantastic relationship management skills as well as being an assertive and strong communicator with the ability to interface at all levels of management and across multiple functions and teams

  • Proven experience at Manager level within the IT/Software vendor landscape where you will have marketed multiple software/SaaS solutions rather than a single product

  • Willingness to learn and work in a growing marketing team and collaborate with your teammates, step in where needed to provide cover and be a core member of the global Marketing team

  • Bold, willing to expand the role and not afraid to suggest, test and implement new initiatives

  • Highly creative, with strong copy-writing skills and campaign management experience

  • Experience using CRM technologies (SFDC.com preferred), analytics tools and other SaaS applications

  • Marketing qualification e.g. Masters Degree in Marketing or related discipline

  • Excellent written and spoken English
