Field Marketing Manager

TIBCO is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to join the TIBCO family in our office in Sydney. You will report to our Director of Field Marketing APJ and be responsible for the ANZ marketing strategy and execution to support our business in the region. 

As the ANZ Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be the business partner to the ANZ sales leaders and manage events/campaigns end to end that align to the business goals.

The role requires strategic thinking, cross-team and organisational collaboration, excellent communication, a zeal for driving pipeline and customer engagement. You will understand TIBCO’s market and the challenges of our customers in ANZ.

Here are just some of the things you’ll be doing….

  • Be part of the APJ marketing team, working closely with ANZ sales and presales to ensure team alignment.
  • Plan and execute a robust demand generation plan for field marketing incorporating multiple tactics to reach key audiences including (but not limited to) events, webinars, roundtables, digital, Account Based Marketing (ABM), partner marketing, hospitality, etc.
  • Work with the Global digital team to advise and align digital programs in the region as required.
  • Budget management and associated purchasing process management.
  • Partner marketing and partner liaison when required
  • Reporting & KPI tracking on a monthly and quarterly basis

Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT sector; digital marketing, ABM and partner marketing experiences are a plus
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to interface at all levels within the organization
  • Must have a "get it done" attitude and execute effectively, attention to detail
  • Must be able to adapt to different situations and work well under pressure to complete deadlines
  • Enjoy people and have excellent communication skills
  • Creative problem solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm and fresh ideas
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Highly creative, with strong copy-writing skills and campaign management experience
  • A self-starter who is confident, enthusiastic, very proactive and organised
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at any one time and not afraid to be hands-on in the role
  • Excellent IT skills including CRM technologies (SFDC.com preferred), analytics tools and other SaaS applications
  • Willingness to learn and work in a growing marketing team and expand the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, sales, marketing, or related field
  • Able to participate in physical activity, to include event set-up & tear down, willing to travel up to 25% (post COVID)
