Position Overview

TIBCO Customer Success team is focused on delivering exceptional experiences and accelerating value for our customers through three core pillars: Partnership, Adoption and Value Realisation.

The Customer Success Architects are expected to maximise value realisation and ROI in complex, multi-regional strategic enterprise accounts by building strong long-term relationships with a focus on creating value and product adoption. They lead customers through digital transformation by directing strategy and collaborating with different TIBCO internal teams and customer departments while creating value for customers by understanding their business goals and objectives, creating success plans and implementing TIBCO value realization framework.

As a TIBCO Customer Success Architect you will be working with some of our largest customers on complex MDM projects.

What You'll Do

Required Skills

  • You have excellent technical and interpersonal skills and you know how to use them autonomously in a multi-client and multi-project context.
  • You have a system vision and good abstraction capabilities to see the project in its entire dimension and help the customer to understand pro and contras of all technical and architectural choices
  • You have some experience in delivering consulting and project implementation to global 500 companies, working with both business and IT teams.
  • While you are working independently, you are also capable of collaborating with your peers across our organization, including sales, pre-sales, support and engineering.
  • You have core competencies in our technical landscape:
  • Java and especially in J2EE, Eclipse and Tomcat
  • Web technologies such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Data modeling with UML, E-R and XSD
