Elevating Operational Experiences 

Our goal is to help you, as an operator, to get the problem resolutions faster and actually prevent issues from happening instead of reacting to issues that are being brought up. By transforming your environment into an Agentic Enterprise, you can resolve and prevent issues directly in the runtime. To resolve and prevent issues in the runtime. We are taking the following initiatives to enable this:

  • MCP-ifying the Platform: We are rolling out Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers across the board and on our platform & observability APIs, alongside new MCP servers for a our capabilities (Messaging / BPM / Integration)
  • TESSA (TIBCO Enterprise Smart System Agent): We will be introducing TESSA, a specialized agent designed to assist with operational tasks, starting with read-only environmental analysis and state monitoring.
  • TIBCO® Messaging Operational Agents: We will be rolling out operational agents for all TIBCO Messaging products. These agents provide AI-Insights into your messaging estate and are built with a priority placed on reliability and security.  Enabling the new operational agents for your messaging deployment enables quiet agents running in the background which use a read-only approach to monitor your entire estate.  Gain the benefit of estate level views, anomaly detection and periodic reports all running asynchronously, available to users upon request. 
  • TIBCO ActiveSpaces® Vector Store & RAG Applications: TIBCO ActiveSpaces will be gaining native vector store functionality, which can be used to enable powerful Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) use cases. By storing and querying vector embeddings directly within ActiveSpaces, applications can retrieve semantically relevant context from your own data — grounding AI responses in proprietary knowledge bases, documents, and real-time data streams for more accurate, context-aware insights.

These measures will allow you to use a full agentic end to end experience within our products and on our platform. But next to that we have set it up in an open and composable way so you can also plugin your existing AI – Enabled tools and features that suit your needs. To elevate your operational experience we are MCP-ifying the platform and providing you with a ready-made platform agent you can run your operations much smoother. In this way you can leverage today’s & tomorrow’s AI tools to get to issue resolution faster and even prevent issues from happening in the first place, which changes your environment from a reactive to a proactive approach.

Elevating Developer Experiences

Our goal is to help you work more efficiently with our tools by embedding AI directly into the enterprise experience:

  • Command line Design Utilities: for our various integration products we are enabling creating our business models programmatically over the commandline, so we can enable CoPilots & AI Agents to develop integration flows. 
  • CoPilots for our integration capabilities (Flogo & Business Works) to help integration developers analyze and build their integration flows faster.
  • AI Mapper: Reduce the time you spend on making mappings by providing you a capability that learns over time based on the mappings you make. So that when you integrate with similar systems and similar data models you don’t have to make the same mappings over again. 

Using CoPilots on top of TIBCO’s business models is a very smart idea.

  • Firstly, by providing a visual representation of the integration flow, we empower business developers to validate structural integrity with ease. In the agentic era, a visual model remains far more impactful than a thousand lines of generated code.
  • Secondly, because the AI model is tasked solely with generating high-level business logic, it consistently produces valid outcomes while significantly reducing token consumption. By relying on our pre-tested, high-performance implementations, we provide visual safety nets in “vibe-coding” the foundation. This modular approach allows AI to solve the architectural puzzle more effectively, facilitating the creation of increasingly complex enterprise projects.  
  • Finally, and most critically, leveraging TIBCO as a platform ensures that AI-generated results remain maintainable over the long term. Because our runtime inherently provides essential capabilities like monitoring, observability, and CI/CD, these operational layers do not require “vibe-coding.” They are already baked into our stable enterprise environment, allowing you to focus purely on innovation.

  • Custom MCP Servers: To unlock the existing value you have in your enterprise and use this for AI-Ready applications. We have introduced the MCP connector in Flogo, and we will do the same for Business Works. This will set up your existing architecture for the future with minimal effort.
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): To help you leverage your own data intelligently, we are launching RAG Palettes for both BusinessWorks and Flogo. Additionally, we will introduce vector database capabilities for ActiveSpaces to act as a data grid for your RAG use cases.
  • Custom Business Agents: Beyond operational agents, we are bringing capabilities to Flogo that will allow you to easily build your own custom AI agents tailored to your specific business use cases, to create brothers and sisters of TESSA to eventually support entire “agent fleets”.

  • Total Transparency: Whenever a user interacts with an AI feature or LLM within our platform, it will be clearly marked with a TIBCO AI-enabled logo to ensure complete transparency.
