This year’s TIBCO North American Summit, held at the beautiful Statler Hotel in downtown Dallas, Texas, was a spectacular convergence of innovation, strategy, and community—and we have the highlights for you to see why. Attendees experienced a conference packed with insightful discussions and sessions that spanned critical business and technology topics, providing a clear vision for the future of their digital transformation with TIBCO!

Morning sessions to remember: Keynotes, roadmaps, and demos

The summit officially began with a keynote address that set the stage for a day full of insightful takeaways and welcomed all attendees. TIBCO’s Adam Ostopowich, Susan Collins, Ali Ahmed, and Gianfranco Naso delivered a comprehensive update on TIBCO, laying out the company’s strategic direction for the future.

Jason Henley, Global Head of Product Strategy at TIBCO, details the TIBCO Platform vision for attendees at the TIBCO Summit in Dallas. 

This was followed by a detailed TIBCO® Platform vision and roadmap presentation by Jason Henley, Global Head of Product Strategy, and Hugo Peters, Principal Product Manager.Their deep dive into the future of the TIBCO Platform capabilities and components outlined the TIBCO commitment to driving innovation across industries through its integrated suite of components. Among the final activities of the morning sessions were the demo booths and talk tables that were open to attendees to visit for a hands-on look at all of the latest TIBCO technology advancements such as a detailed view into TIBCO Platform components, the TIBCO® Developer Hub, and many more, to provide attendees the perfect blend of both learning and interaction.

Afternoon deep dives: Customer and partner tracks

After lunch, the summit branched into two parallel tracks—one tailored for customers and the other for TIBCO partners, offering personalized content to suit the specific needs of each group. Kicking off the customer sessions in the afternoon were Karan Gera, Senior Product Manager, and Callie Wallace, Senior Product Marketing Manager, who discussed the overall vision for TIBCO® Platform—Integration. Their presentation highlighted how TIBCO is investing in integration to meet our customer’s needs in platform engineering, AI/ML, and deployment flexibility, providing examples of how customers can overcome common data challenges with TIBCO. 

This was followed by Hugo Peters, Principal Product Manager, who led a session on the TIBCO® Platform—Process Management vision, showcasing how companies can optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Bobby Liao, Director of Product Management, then took the stage to dive into the TIBCO® Platform—Messaging vision, explaining how TIBCO Platform—Messaging components facilitate real-time communication and data streaming for businesses. Finally, Preeti Parameswaran, Principal Product Manager, wrapped up the customer sessions with a discussion on how the TIBCO® Platform—Event Processing premier component, TIBCO BusinessEvents®, focuses on how businesses can harness event-driven architecture to drive responsiveness and agility.

At the same time, the partner track opened with Adam Ostopowich, Senior Sales Director of North America, and Vineet Kumar, Lead Sales Executive, presenting a comprehensive update on the TIBCO partner vision, emphasizing the growth opportunities and important resources available to partners. Then partners attended the standout session on “How to amplify customer value and maximize growth” led by Dev Kannabiran, Senior Director of ATS, Edvina Kaleshi, Director of Education, and Terry Flanagan, Lead Partner Account Executive. This session provided practical insights on how partners can maximize growth through up-selling and cross-selling, by leveraging TIBCO’s rich suite of solutions. The session also covered how partners can augment their skills through certification programs and manage new SKU operational changes effectively. The partner track concluded with a session from Kinshuk Dutta, Director of Presales, on how to access and utilize TIBCO partner assets and a round table conversation with partners to help address their questions and align on strategy.

Concluding the day: Customer panels, Q&A, and closing remarks

After a brief break, the day moved into highly interactive sessions with a customer panel where TIBCO users from various industries discussed real-world use cases and shared best practices. Similarly, the partner roundtable discussion was also a success on the other track, allowing a forum for partners to discuss challenges, opportunities, and strategies for future growth.

To round out the day, attending customers participated in a TIBCO Q&A with our leadership team. The team answered a wide range of questions, offering valuable insights and clarifications on TIBCO’s product roadmap, growth opportunities, and customer success stories. The 2024 TIBCO North American Summit wrapped up its jam-packed agenda with powerful closing remarks from the TIBCO leadership team that emphasized how to turn the day’s knowledge into actionable strategies for attendees and reinforced the role TIBCO has as a key partner in driving digital transformation.
