TIBCO Wins a Five-star Rating from CRN in its 2022 Partner Program Guide

    TIBCO has received a five-star rating from CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, which is the number one trusted source for IT channel news and insights in its 2022 Partner Program Guide. This guide provides a definitive list of the most notable partner programs from industry-leading technology vendors that provide innovative products and flexible services through the IT channel. Only select vendors that deliver the best of the best, going above and beyond in their partner programs to help push growth and positive change, achieve this rating.

    TIBCO is honored to receive this prestigious rating, which comes on the heels of CRN naming Tony Beller, TIBCO’s Senior Vice President of WW Partner Ecosystem and OEM Sales, a 2022 Channel Chief for his outstanding innovations to the TIBCO Partner Program. 

    A Stellar Net Promoter Score® (NPS®) From Partners  

    The TIBCO partner team’s passion for creating a partner-first culture-inspired TIBCO to use the NPS—which TIBCO conducts on a regular basis with its customers—to specifically target TIBCO partners. The goal was to give partners an avenue to provide feedback about the company’s partner program.

    In addition to the many methods the partner team already has for engaging with partners, the partner NPS score helps TIBCO evolve and consistently progress the program to meet the needs of its valued partners. Better yet, the results put the TIBCO Partner Program in the top 100th percentile for software companies. 

    The TIBCO partner team will continue to use its latest NPS survey for partners. It will be a “North Star” to measure how well the program helps partners succeed with customers and optimize revenues. Beller and the team understand that listening to and responding to partner feedback is not a one-time exercise: it’s an ongoing journey to constantly improve on. 

    The team has used ongoing partner feedback to improve the resources and support the program provides including:

    • Increased market development funds (MDFs) to provide additional support for partners
    • Enhancements to TIBCO’s Partner Certification Program, helping educate partners on how to effectively sell joint TIBCO solutions and providing two free certification days per year
    • Creation of a Partner Solution Showcase that currently features 36 solutions, with a goal of 40 by end of the year, promoting a diverse set of offerings that TIBCO partners have built 
    • Launch of TIBCO’s Partner Marketing Launchpad, a free co-marketing tool for all TIBCO partners delivering ready-to-go assets and campaigns
