In developing SmartRate, Beeline integrated and linked multiple data types such as job titles, skills, pay rates and locations. Using TIBCO Spotfire’s visual analytics capabilities, Beeline was able to scrub the data to remove outliers and inaccurate information to ensure the integrity of the data.
Beeline uses SmartRate to combine an intelligent search with statistical and visual analysis to allow users to select the jobs that match the competencies they define. Beeline is now able to use SmartRate internally as well as a presentation tool with clients, filtering the data on the fly to help customers optimize their contingent workforce programs.
