In order to receive a valid 5 day temporary key to operate your TIBCO Staffware Process Engine, the information must be identical to the data electronically stored on your server. This information can be found by running the Util/swconfig -v command. Your Server Engine must be installed to obtain this information. Fields marked in bold are required. Please complete all the required fields in this form carefully to ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible. If you want a permanent key, please note it in the "Comments" field. This information will be forwarded to fulfillment@tibco.com and once your account has been validated you will receive a permanent key before your 5 day key expires.
