TIBCO ActiveMatrix® BPM Solution Designer Certification Exam

This exam will certify that the successful candidate has sufficient knowledge and skills necessary to implement projects using TIBCO ActiveMatrix® BPM 1.1 (including TIBCO Business Studio™ - BPM Edition 3.5 and TIBCO ActiveMatrix® Administrator).

  • Exam duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes
  • Percentage correct to pass the exam: 69%

Audience 

Successful candidates will be able to develop and troubleshoot processes of average complexity that effectively translate customer requirements into a logical business process design (excluding any integration with a specific external system) with no assistance, although they may need to seek assistance for complex process design issues.  Average complexity would include user tasks (including pageflows), service tasks, signals and messages; gateways, withdrawals/cancellations, reusable and embedded sub-processes; common workflow patterns (control, resource and data); error handling within the process; use of the Organization Model; use of the Business Object Model.

The candidate will be able to update processes of any complexity.  Candidates should be familiar with basic process testing and debugging techniques and be able to deploy processes and perform basic administration. Candidates will be able to configure and use the standard run-time clients. Finally, the candidate should have an understanding of process management, version control, and the impact of process design on the end-user view.

Additionally, successful candidates will have the experiences and mastered the topics outlined below.
