Over the past 20 years Daniel has written for a several technology publications. He also taught computer science and database classes at UCLA Extension for over 15 years. Prior to his current role as Field CTO of Pivotal Cloud Foundry®, Joshua served as co-founder, CEO and CTO of Piston Cloud Computing, Inc. Previously, Joshua was Chief Technical architect at NASA Nebula where he co-founded the OpenStack project. For several years Joshua served on the Board of Directors for the OpenStack Foundation, playing an instrumental role in the growth and success of OpenStack.

Michael O'Connell

Michael O'Connell is the Chief Analytics Officer at TIBCO Software, developing analytic solutions across a number of industries including Financial Services, Energy, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods & Retail, and Telco, Media & Networks. He has been working on statistical software applications for the past 20 years, and has published more than 50 papers and several software packages on statistical methods. Michael did his Ph.D. work in Statistics at North Carolina State University and is Adjunct Professor Statistics in the department.
