TIBCO Business Studio Surpasses 10,000 Downloads
Registered Users of Free, Standards-based BPM Product Span 135 Countries
PALO ALTO, Calif., March 12, 2007 - TIBCO Software Inc. (NASDAQ: TIBX) today announced that its award-winning, Eclipse-based process modeling and simulation product, TIBCO Business Studio™, has surpassed 10,000 downloads since being made generally available three months ago.
TIBCO Business Studio provides a collaborative environment that allows non-technical users to properly model, simulate and manage complex business processes. Now in use in 135 different countries around the world, TIBCO Business Studio addresses the market need for a fully-functional modeling environment for use by non-technical business users in a variety of vertical industries. Because it is standards-compliant with support for BPMN and XPDL, models created can be easily shared or implemented by a variety of users.
