Customers Embrace Flexible Process Analytics Solution to Increase Visibility into Business Processes
Amsterdam, May 18, 2006 - TIBCO Software Inc. (NASDAQ: TIBX), a leading business integration and process management software company that enables real–time business, today announced a significant increase in momentum for its TIBCO iProcess Analytics offering, which is the result of a technology partnership with IDS Scheer. This is an indication that a rising number of customers from around the world continue to choose TIBCO Business Process Management software to facilitate better communication and collaboration across systems and improve access to relevant information.
TIBCO iProcess™ Analytics, which is a component of the TIBCO Staffware Process Suite™, enables customers to measure process performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) in a user–friendly, analytics environment. For example, customer LCL (Le Crédit Lyonnais), can monitor corporate performance at the desired frequency over a specific time period. Examples of customer applications include tracking the type and quantity of customer inquiries handled overnight by an offshore team in the financial services industry, and providing senior management with a daily report on progress in the back office relating to mortgage application handling, person, business loan and credit card request handling.
