TIBCO has announced an addition to its messaging technology, unveiling a new hardware messaging appliance specifically designed to accelerate the capabilities and performance of its Rendezvous software.
TIBCO announced Service Performance Manager (SPM), an add-on to its ActiveMatrix SOA platform that uses complex event processing to monitor the performance of IT systems in SOA environments.
TIBCO has added native support of Microsoft's Windows Communications Foundation (WCF) to the next version of its ActiveMatrix SOA platform. The company has also chosen to utilize Microsoft Silverlight.
TIBCO announced upgraded functionality to its ActiveMatrix SOA platform with its Service Performance Manager offering, a tool for SLA management. TIBCO sees SLA management – which addresses the problem of unchecked demand created by ease of integration – becoming a greater necessity.
