Murray Rode
Chief Executive Officer
Murray Rode was appointed chief executive officer of TIBCO Software Inc. in December 2014, and brings almost 30 years of experience to his role. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Rode held the role of Chief Operating Officer at TIBCO, encompassing responsibilities for a range of functions, including Finance, Marketing and Corporate Development, as well as a variety of operating groups and business units. Murray has been with TIBCO (and its predecessor company) since 1995, and has held a number of different roles, including CFO and EVP Strategic Operations. Prior to joining TIBCO, Murray was a management consultant with a major international consulting firm. Murray holds a BA from the University of Alberta, Canada.
Bill Hughes

Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel
Bill Hughes is responsible for TIBCO's legal functions. Prior to returning to the U.S. in 2003 as General Counsel, he had been the company's European General Counsel, based in London, England. Between 1989 and his joining TIBCO in 1999 Bill held several in-house legal positions in the technology industry in Europe and the United States. Prior to 1989, he worked in private practice in the areas of corporate, finance and intellectual property law. Bill holds a JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a BS in Management from Canisius College.
Matt Quinn
Executive Vice President, Products & Technology and CTO
As CTO, Matt Quinn works to create a common, corporate-wide vision for all TIBCO products and technologies, ensures interoperability and consistent architectural approaches across TIBCO's various product families, and provides overall leadership and coordination of product plans and technology direction. Matt has been with TIBCO for 16 years. Prior to serving as CTO, he held several worldwide roles including responsibility end-to-end for engineering, quality, delivery of product, product vision, and customer enablement. Matt was also a global architect, responsible for some of TIBCO's largest implementations in diverse areas such as transportation and logistics, energy, and finance. He received his BA in Computer Science and Masters of Applied Science Information Technology from RMIT University Melbourne.

Raj Verma was a major contributor in propelling TIBCO
across the $1B annual revenue threshold. His work
continues to be instrumental in the development
and sale of TIBCO's broad mix of innovative products
and services. Prior to being tapped for the role of
TIBCO's Executive Vice President, Worldwide
Infrastructure Sales, Raj was Senior
Vice President, Sales - Americas.
As Senior Vice President, he was
accountable for revenue, profit
and client satisfaction, in addition
to managing strategy and sales
operations. Prior to these roles,
he was Chief Marketing Officer,
where he executed his vision into new and
emerging technology markets with insightful
strategy. Raj attained his engineering degree
in computer science and technology from
Bangalore University in 1992.

Jim Johnson
Chief Financial Officer
Jim Johnson is responsible for worldwide financial operations and reporting, tax, and investor relations. Prior to joining TIBCO,
Jim served as chief financial officer of Jaspersoft, and was responsible for all internal accounting and financial controls, legal and administrative matters, and IT operations. He also oversaw the company's strategic and operating plans. Before Jaspersoft,
Jim served as the chief financial officer of MSC Software, where he helped to restore the privately held software company to profitability, and VGH, an Elevation Partners-owned company that was sold to Electronic Arts in 2008. After serving in the U.S. Navy,
Jim earned a BA degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Lori Wright
Chief Marketing Officer
Lori Wright is responsible for worldwide marketing at TIBCO. She joined TIBCO from Symantec, where she was the vice president of the Global eCommerce Sales business, responsible for marketing and selling $1.8B in consumer and B2B products online. She previously served as general manager of Symantec's emerging technologies and healthcare business groups. Lori joined Symantec through the acquisition of VERITAS Software, where she led Global Marketing campaigns. Prior to joining VERITAS, Lori worked in the marketing and sales group for The Walt Disney Company, helping to build Disney's first enterprise BI platform. Lori has also worked for PaySys International (acquired by First Data) and Lockheed Martin. She holds a BS from the University of Central Florida in Business Administration.
Brian Gentile
Senior Vice President and General Manager, TIBCO Analytics
Brian Gentile is responsible for TIBCO's Analytics business unit, which includes both the Spotfire and Jaspersoft platforms. He brings 30 years of technology experience to this role. Prior to joining TIBCO, Brian was chairman and CEO of Jaspersoft where he led the company to commercial success and market leadership. Prior to Jaspersoft, he served as EVP & CMO at Informatica Corporation, SVP & CMO at Aspect Software, and EVP & CMO at Brio Software. Mr. Gentile has also held senior executive roles at Sun Microsystems and Apple Computer. He is currently on the board of directors of WCC Smart Search & Match and an advisor to several Silicon Valley technology companies. Brian holds a BS degree in Marketing and General Business from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Wen Miao
Senior Vice President, Global Client Technical Services
Wen Miao is a senior vice president of Global Client Technical Services (Global CTS) at TIBCO. He oversees the delivery and success of over 4,000 enterprise clients worldwide. Miao spearheaded the launch of a brand new product designed for marketers to engage with their customers in new innovative ways. TIBCO Engage uniquely combines real-time interactions, loyalty rewards, and social communities to create meaningful and personalized interactions that turn customers into fans. IDG's Computerworld has named Miao as one of the Premier 100 IT Leaders for 2015. Miao joined TIBCO in 2005 and has served in a variety of leadership roles, including heading up TIBCO's Analytics and Architecture Services group, where he created and oversaw execution of large-scale real-time enterprise systems. Prior to joining TIBCO, Miao held senior management roles at Xelus Software, Netfish and i2 Technology. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA and two graduate degrees in Engineering from Stanford University.
