Employee Benefits Summary For Eligible Employees – The following benefits are available to TIBCO employees with a UK hiring Company, subject to the written agreement of "standard employment terms and conditions" available from the EMEA Human Resources Department.
Health Benefits
- Private Medical Insurance: Insured Group benefit that provides access to the private healthcare sector. TIBCO funds the monthly premium on behalf of employees and provides the option to add a partner and/or dependant children at group rate via monthly payroll deduction.
- Dental Insurance Program: TIBCO operates a Group Dental Insurance program and offers specially negotiated rates available to TIBCO employees and their partners via monthly payroll deduction.
- Group Life Assurance: Insurance funded by TIBCO that provides insured cover to provide a lump sum of 4 x basic annual salary (subject to Inland Revenue limits) in the event of death.
- Eye Sight Test Reimbursement: Annual reimbursement of sight tests in accordance with Health & Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations.
- Business Travel Insurance: Access to emergency medical treatment to employees travelling at TIBCO's request. It also offers additional insurance cover associated with business travel.
Financial Benefits
- Group Personal Pension Plan: TIBCO contributes a sum equivalent to 7.5% of an eligible employee's basic monthly salary into a designated Group Personal Pension Plan, subject to an employee contribution of at least 3%.
- Group Income Protection Scheme: Insurance that provides 75% of base salary in the event of long-term sickness and disability (26 week qualifying period).
- Employee Referral Program: Financial incentive for the recommendation and subsequent hiring of a new recruit.

- Enhanced Maternity & Adoption Leave: In addition to statutory maternity pay and leave entitlement, including time off for antenatal care, TIBCO offers an enhanced maternity package that provides a "top-up" to SMP to full pay for the first 16 weeks of Maternity or Adoption leave. - Enhanced Paternity Leave: In addition to statutory paternity pay and leave entitlement, TIBCO offers and enhanced paternity package that provides a "top-up" to SPP to full pay for the first week of Paternity leave. Service conditions apply.
