When we introduced ourselves in our first Trends and Outliers Blog on Sept. 8, 2009, we pledged to provide you with information to help you improve decision-making across your enterprise through the use of user-driven business intelligence solutions, analytics, and more.
We also promised to inform you, maybe provoke you, and possibly even entertain you. And over the years, we’ve kept our promise, bringing you news on predictive analytics and data visualization, data mining, cloud computing, big data, and fast data among other technologies, across a number of industries.
We hope you agree that we’ve even had some fun with big data, as well as looked at some offbeat uses for analytics. Remember the Geico Gecko who was born of big data analytics? How about the blog about researchers using data analytics to determine the truth about the Loch Ness Monster?
Of course, we’re feeling a bit sad to be saying goodbye to TIBCO Spotfire’s Trends and Outliers Blog. But we’re also extremely excited to be able to share even more information with you on The TIBCO Blog to help your business thrive in today’s economy.
